We will manage all of the assets of the trust pursuant to the trust agreement. Accordingly, each trust will be handled individually with great care to keep the best interests of the beneficiary in mind, while working closely with its legal, accounting and personal advisors. Our goal is to insure the best results for each individual trust beneficiary. The money management in most cases will be done by subcontractors selected by the family and overseen by the trustee
We will provide a full accounting support service. Quarterly/Monthly statements reflecting the income and current value of the trust will be provided as well as statements of all expenses and distributions. In addition, we will work closely with any accountant or other professionals hired by the family and provide them with any up to date information they may need on a regular basis.
We will provide assistance to any attorney that the trust may need to engage and assist by providing whatever accurate information is necessary to meet the goals of the trust and its beneficiaries.
We will provide assistance to the beneficiary(ies) with personal needs, including assistance with state and federal agencies, assistance with moving, shopping, setting up medical appointments, travel arrangements, etc. We are available to serve the needs of the trust beneficiaries whatever they may be.
