The Washington Trustee, Ltd. provides detailed monthly/quarterly reports for each individual trust.
Each statement includes a complete inventory of the Trust assets. It identifies all income derived from trust assets and any expenses the trust has incurred during that particular period.
This statement is provided on request and will show the itemized budgeted amount for certain expenses and the projected income for the account and compare that with the actual amounts.
This Invoice is a detailed itemization of fees charged by the Trustee for services rendered on behalf of the Trust, including the hourly rate charged for the service, a detailed description of the service performed and the time spent. It will also include a detailed itemization of all costs incurred that are reimbursable by the Trust.
Any special statements requested by a particular trust may be prepared and discussed at the time of engagement. We are very flexible and wish to meet the needs of each individual trust as much as possible as each trust is unique.
